Mashed Potato, Carrot and Turnip Medley
· 5-6 red potatoes or 3-4 regular ones, peeled and cubed (red potatoes do not need to be peeled)
· 2 carrots, peeled and cubed
· 2 turnips
· 3-4 Tbs Butter
· 1/3 C Milk
· salt and pepper
1. Prepare the vegetables. Place in a large pot and cover with water. Boil for about 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain.
2. Mash and add butter, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
