1 bunch of kale, chopped into ½ inch pieces
½ onion diced
6 eggs, beaten
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper diced
1/4c Parmesan, cheddar, or other cheese
Fresh or dried herbs to taste (oregano, basil, rosemary, etc.) and/or pap
