Bread and Baked Goods
GWTG breads are made with certified organic local flours and grains. Baker Lori Sands trained with influential Master Bakers in NY, VT and France to learn time-honored techniques for creating authentic, naturally-leavened breads. The bakery is a licensed commercial kitchen facility on our farm in Butler County.
Dinner Bell Farms makes delicious fresh-baked goods. Francine is a certified Chef and Pastry Chef having graduated with High Honors from the Culinary School of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. After raising her four wonderful children, Francine stepped out of simply working in food service to becoming a Chef.
